Hythe & Dibden Parish Council is again seeking nominations for its Young Sports Person of the Year Award, to be presented at the Annual Parish Meeting on 27th March.
Nominees must live within the parish of Hythe & Dibden and be aged between 5 and 18 years. Additionally, they must satisfy at least one of the following criteria:
- worked hard to make a success of a sport or sports
- endeavoured to overcome a disability or disadvantage through sport
- gained a sporting achievement during the past year
Anyone can nominate a young person for the award. Send details of your nomination to the Deputy Clerk to the Council, Hythe & Dibden Parish Council, The Grove, 25 St. John’s Street, Hythe, to arrive by the beginning of February.
